Executive Human Resources Director

Location: Midland, GA
Currently seeking an Executive Human Resources Director for a hospital located 2.5 hours from Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities of the Executive Human Resources Director:
  • The Human Resource Director is a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives.
  • The HR Director is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of Human Resources, including: employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, policy and procedures; and managing a team of HR professionals.
  • The HR Director reports directly to the hospital CEO, while receiving formal direction from the Human Resource Business Partner.
Requirements of the Executive Human Resources Director:
  • Seven to Ten (7-10) years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training and Development and Compensation Management in the healthcare industry.
  • 5-7 years of Supervisory experience overseeing various HR support roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification
  • Must have hospital setting experience
